基于LMP90080的电流法高精度温度测量

摘要
本文提出了恒流源驱动的高精度温度测量方案。采用铂电阻PT100作为温度传感器,由LMP90080激发电流,较好解决了传感器引线电阻、自热效应问题。系统前端采用具有真实连续后台信号校准、多通道、低功耗的16位传感器模拟电路对来自铂电阻的信号进行放大以及AD转换。主控制器采用的是ST公司的32位ARM内核微处理器STM32F103。最终将采集数据通过串口传输到显示屏。
In this paper, precision temperature measurement solutions driven by constant current source has been proposed. Solve the problems well of the lead resistance and self-heating effects, with PT100 as resistance temperature sensor and LMP90080 generating current. There is a front-end system with a multi-channel, low-power 16-bit, thus signal from the sensor platinum resistance is amplified, and digital conversion. STM32F103 is used as the main controller. Data can be transmitted to the digital through the serial port technology.
