GH3230合金中La元素烧损行为分析

摘要
本文研究了GH3230合金冶炼过程中镧元素烧损行为,探讨了镧元素的烧损微观过程。结果表明:真空感应炉熔炼过程中镧元素收得率不受镧元素加入量影响。基本保持恒定在60%左右;镧元素在母材(电极)中主要以Ni_5La化合物方式存在。电渣炉重熔过程中,熔滴中镧元素与渣液反应进入渣池,镧元素收得率约10%~40%,这是GH3230合金La元素烧损的主要途径。讨论了镧元素烧损机制,发现真空感应炉熔炼与电渣炉重熔过程中烧损机制是一致的,都是活性的[La]与坩埚壁或渣池的氧结合生成La_2O_3发生烧损。
The burning of element La in GH3230 during melting process was researched,and the micro process of burning of La was discussed in this paper.Results show that the yield of La during VIM was not affected by the amount of added La,which remains around 60%;element La exists in the electrode as compound Ni_5La.During ESR,element La in the drip shorts react with the slag pool and enters into the molten slag,which is the main reason for La burning.The yield during ESR is around 10%~40%.The burning mechanism was discussed and it is found that the burning mechanism of element La was the same during VIM and ESR.The burning is caused by the combining of active[La]and oxygen in the crucible wall or in the slag pool to generate La_2O_3.
