ZSM-5/SAPO-11复合分子筛的设计与合成

ZSM-5分子筛具有强酸性,SAPO-11分子筛具有优良的异构化活性,以ZSM-5/SAPO-11复合体为基体的催化剂体系可以避免单一分子筛的缺陷,具有更强的适应性。其优良的协同作用将在石油化工领域有着潜在的应用价值。本论文采用原位生长法制备了ZSM-5/SAPO-11复合分子筛(图1),并且考察了两种分子筛的质量比在合成过程中的影响。研究结果表明,当SAPO-11分子筛与ZSM-5分子筛的质量比为3:1时,复合分子筛的XRD谱图显示出明显的两种分子筛的特征峰,且复合分子筛的N_2吸脱附曲线位于SAPO-11分子筛和ZSM-5分子筛的吸脱附曲线之间,说明复合分子筛是两者的结合体。
ZSM-5 zeolites have strong acidity while SAPO-11 zeolites show superior isomerisation activity.Hence,a ZSM-5/SAPO-11 composite zeolite could eliminate the defects of a single zeolite and improve the feed adaptability of the catalysts.The synergism of the two zeolites possesses essentially potential application value in petrochemical field.In this work,A ZSM-5/SAPO-11 composite zeolite was synthesized by using an in-situ growth method,and the effects of the mass ratio of the two zeolites on the synthesis of composite zeolite were investigated.As is shown in Fig.1,the XRD patterns of the composite zeolite exhibits the characteristic peaks of the two zeolites.In addition,the N_2 desorption/adsorption isotherm situated between the isotherms of the two single zeolite,which confirms the ZSM-5/SAPO-11 composite zeolite is a combination of the two zeolites.
