摘要
目的:分析2型糖尿病微小血管病变与焦虑抑郁状态的相关性。方法:将290例2型糖尿病患者为研究对象,其中确诊微血管病变150例、无并发症140例,前者设为观察组,后者设为对照组。采用Zung氏抑郁自评量表(SDS)及Zung氏焦虑自评量表(SAS)评估两组抑郁及焦虑情况。结果:两组患者性别、年龄、病程、BMI指数等一般资料无统计学差异,具有可比性(P>0.05)。Zung氏抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分对照组为43.15±16.02分,观察组为55.49±14.99分,观察组显著高于对照组(t=6.172,P<0.05);Zung氏焦虑自评量表(SDS)评分对照组为51.11±19.11分,观察组为68.92±17.81分,观察组显著高于对照组(t=8.905,P<0.05)。结论:2型糖尿病微血管病变与焦虑抑郁发病率有密切相关性,因此针对2型糖尿病患者要在常规药物治疗基础上重视心理治疗,预防和减轻其焦虑抑郁状态。
Objective:To analyze the correlation between type 2 diabetic microvascular disease and anxiety/depression status.Methods:290 subjects with type 2 diabetes visiting in our center were selected as the study subjects,who were divided into microangiopathy group(observation group) with 150 subjects and no complications group(control group) with 140 subjects.Using Zungs Self- Rating Depression Scale(SDS) and Zungs Self- Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)to assess depression and anxiety two cases.Results General information on the results of two groups of gender,age,duration and BMI index no significant differences were comparable(P > 0.05).Zungs Self- Rating Depression Scale(SDS) scores in the control group was 43.15 ± 16.02 points,in the observation group was 55.49 ± 14.99 points,the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(t=6.172,P <0.05):Zungs Self- Rating Anxiety amount table(SDS) scores in the control group was 51.11 ± 19.11 points,in the observation group was 68.92 ± 17.81 points,the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(t=8.905,P < 0.05).Conclusion Type 2 diabetic microangiopathy and the incidence of anxiety/depression are closely related,and therefore for type 2 diabetes should pay attention to psychological treatment,prevention and mitigation of anxiety/depression.
