延续性护理对慢性阻塞性肺病患者的临床效果及生活质量的影响

摘要
目的探讨延续性护理对慢性阻塞性肺病患者的临床效果及生活质量的影响。方法 200例COPD患者随机分为研究组和对照组各100例,所有患者在住院期间均给予解痉、止咳、平喘、祛痰等对症治疗,出院时对照组患者给予常规的护理干预,研究组在此基础上给予延续性护理干预。12周后复查判定临床疗效,SGRQ问卷以及SF-36量表。结果研究组的总有效率88.0%,显著高于对照组的73.0%,SGRQ问卷评分显示,研究组的呼吸症状、活动受限、疾病影响评分以及总分均显著低于对照组,研究组SF-36量表中的各项评分均显著高于对照组。结论延续性护理能够改善COPD患者的临床症状,提高临床疗效,降低疾病对患者造成的不良影响,提高患者生活质量,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the impacts of continuous nursing on the clinical effect and quality of life of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD). Methods 200 cases of COPD were randomly divided into control group and study group, 100 cases in each group. All patients treated with antispasmodic, antitussive, antiasthmatic and expectorant treatment in thehospital. Control group received routine nursing intervention at discharge, while study group received continuous nursing based on control group. The clinical efficacy, SGRQ questionnaire and SF-36 scale were determined after 12 weeks. Results The total effective rate in study group was 88.0%, significantly higher than that in control group(73.0%). SGRQ questionnaire showed that the respiratorysymptoms, activity limitation, disease impact score and total score in study group were significantly lower than those in control group. The scores of SF-36 scale in study group were significantly higherthan those in control group. Conclusion Continuous nursing can improve the clinical symptoms of COPD patients, clinical efficacy and quality of life, reduce the adverse effects. It is worthy of clinicalpromotion.
