含(001)晶面的二氧化钛制备及光催化性能研究

摘要
以金属钛为原料,氢氟酸为溶剂利用水热法在钛片表面制备了含(001)晶面的二氧化钛.利用扫描电镜(SEM)、能谱仪(EDS)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、紫外漫反射(UV-Vis)等测试手段对制备样品进行了表征.以亚甲基蓝(MB)为目标降解物,对含(001)晶面的二氧化钛光催化剂进行了光催化性能研究。研究表明:钛片经过水热反应后,表面覆盖了一层含(001)晶面的二氧化钛层,随着水热反应时间的增加,含(001)晶面的二氧化钛层逐渐增加,制备样品对亚甲基蓝的降解率逐渐提高,在紫外光和可见光照射60min后,24小时水热反应样品对亚甲基蓝的降解率分别达到69.07%和81.36%.并对制备样品光催化活性提高的机理进行了分析.
Titanium dioxide with(001) facets were prepared by hydrothermal method using hydrofluoric acid and titanium plates as raw materials.The samples were characterized by scanning electron microscope(SEM),Energy Dispersive Spectrometer(EDS),X-ray diffraction(XRD),and UV-Vis diffusion reflectance spectra(UV-Vis),respectively.The experiment results reveal that the titanium dioxide with(001) facets are successfully synthesized on the titanium surface,the layer of dioxide with(001) facets increase with increasing reaction time.The photocatalytic performances experiment shows the photocatalytic performances of hydrothermal-treated sample with(001)facets become better with the increase of the reaction time.After ultraviolet and visible light irradiation for 60 min,the removal rate of MB by 24 h hydrothermal-treated sample increases to 69.07% and 97.8%.The mechanism of enhanced photocatalytic activity is also discussed.
