摘要
目的:掌握广州市中学生的尝试吸烟现状及其影响因素,为制定相关健康教育措施提供科学依据。方法:采用分层整群随机抽样方法,在广州市抽取7所学校的中学生进行问卷调查。分析方法采用x2检验和logistic回归分析。结果:尝试吸烟率为12.8%,其中男生的尝试吸烟率(17.4%)高于女性(8.0%)。多因素分析结果显示:学校等级、学校类型、吸烟态度和好朋友吸烟均为男学生和女学生尝试吸烟的危险因素;父亲吸烟对男学生的影响有统计学意义但对女学生的影响无统计学意义。结论:广州中学生吸烟状况处于全国中等水平,尝试吸烟的影响因素较为广泛,需要家庭、学校、社会共同干预,减少中学生的吸烟行为。
Objective:To understand the current situation of smoking initiation and its influencing factors among middle school students in Guangzhou,so as to provide a scientific basis for relevant health education measures.Methods:A random sample of middle school students from seven schools was selected using multi-stage stratified cluster sampling,and a questionnaire investigation was carried out.The chi-squared test and logistic regression model was used to analyze the data.Results:The prevalence of smoking initiation was 12.8%,and was significantly higher in males(17.4%) than in females(8%).For males and females,school level,school type,smoking attitude and good friend smoking were the risk factors for smoking initiation.The relation between father smoking and smoking initiation was statistically significant in males but was not significant in females.Conclusion:The smoking status among middle school students is in the medium degree in the country.The influence factors of smoking initiation among middle school students are wide and family,school and society should take measures together to reduce the smoking behavior of middle school students.
