摘要
本文主要分析了美军联合指挥与控制系统综合集成的现状、需求及可行性,研究了美军四大军种指挥与控制系统的建设现状及发展趋势;阐述了指挥与控制在军事行动中的地位和作用,提出了美军指挥与控制系统的建设方向即"综合集成",并探讨了其建设方案及具体措施。
This paper mainly analyzes the status quo of comprehensive integrated demand and feasibility of the American joint command and control system. Studied the command and control system of four major military for the construction of the present situation and development of trend, and which are introduced in the position and role of the military action. This paper puts forward the construction of military command and control system which integrated direction, and discusses the construction plan and specific measures.
