泡沫洗手液对致病菌的抑菌作用

大肠杆菌(E.coli)和金黄色酿脓葡萄球菌(S.aureus)是引起食物中毒最常见的革兰氏阴性菌和阳性菌。用肥皂洗手是防止疾病传播最重要和有效的方法。本项目采用了多种实验方法对各种基质和配方的抗菌性能进行了评估,如最小抑菌浓度(MIC),细菌浓度衰减率测定以及人体临床测试。MIC实验表明,氯化十六烷基铵基吡啶(CPC),2-异丙基-5甲基苯酚(IPMP),对氯间二甲苯酚和十八烷基三甲基氯化铵(STAC)具有很低的抑菌浓度。实验仅对易挥发的乙醇进行了指数衰减测定,与对照组相比,20%乙醇可显著降低E.coli和S.aureus的细菌浓度。此类实验方法可为筛选配方活性成分提供有效的数据支持。最后,本项目对40-46个健康受试者进行了随机的手部临床实验。在使用泡沫洗手液后,含有10%乙醇的产品对E.coli和S.aureus浓度分别达到了3.65和3.94的指数倍衰减,含0.05%CPC和10%乙醇的产品则对两种病原菌分别实现了5.04和3.79的指数倍衰减。
Escherichia coli(E.coli) and Staphylococcus aureus(S.aureus) are the most prevalent species of gram-negative and gram-positive bacteria,respectively,that induce food poisoning.Handwashing with soap is considered the most important and effective way to prevent the spreading the disease.In order to evaluate the antimicrobial effects of substances and formulation,we performed several methods,such as the minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC),declination ratio of bacteria and clinical test.As the result of observed MIC,we found that Cetylpyridinium chloride(CPC),2-isopropyl-5-methylphenol(IPMP),Chloroxylenol and Steartrimonium chloride(STAC) had very low inhibitory concentration,and we carried out Log10 reduction test for only EtOH because EtOH evaporated in incubating.20%EtOH showed statistically significant reduction of E.coliand S.aurues as compared with control.The use of these methods is the most likely to yield useful data on selection for active ingredients of formulation.Finally,we performed randomized clinical test of hands in 54-80 healthy subjects.After using bubble foam cleanser,product(containing 10%EtOH) achieved log reductions of 3.944 in S.aurues,3.653 in E.coli,and product(containing 0.05%CPC and 10%EtOH) was4.530 in S.aurues,5.044 in E.coli.
