压电单晶Ⅲ型弯张换能器研究

摘要
驰豫铁电单晶具有优异的压电性能,为了研究驰豫铁电单晶换能器的性能,本文采用有限元软件ANSYS对以PIMNT单晶材料为驱动元件的Ⅲ型弯张换能器进行了分析,利用有限元软件ANSYS分析了换能器的机械阻抗特性和声学性能。设计并制作了一个PIMNT单晶弯张换能器,测量得到其谐振频率为950 Hz,最大发送电压响应142 d B。与相同结构的PZT4压电陶瓷换能器相比,驰豫铁电单晶PIMNT弯张换能器的谐振时的电导值高24倍,发射电压响应提高15 d B。
Relaxor ferroelectric single crystal has excellent piezoelectric properties, in order to study the performance of the ferroelectric single crystal transducer, A class III flextensional transducer driven by PIMNT was studied using the finite element software ANSYS. A PIMNT flextensional transducer was designed and produced. According to measurements, its maximum transmitting voltage response reached 142 d B with its resonance frequency at 950 Hz. For comparison, a PZT4 flextensional transducer with the same dimensions was produced. The PIMNT flextensional transducer produced 24 times more conductance, and a 15 d B higher transmitting voltage response than the PZT4 flextensional transducer of the same dimensions.
