摘要
为探索建立准确、快速的沙门氏菌检测方法,采用农标法、API 32E法、VIDAS法和荧光PCR法4种不同的检测方法对60份猪肝样品进行检测比较,结果:荧光PCR法敏感性最高,其次是农标法、API 32E法;而在时效性方面荧光PCR法和VIDAS法实效性较高。因此,4种方法对沙门氏菌检测的各有优缺点。
To explore a accurate and rapid method to detect Salmonella,NY/T、 API 32E、 VIDAS and real time PCR were used simultaneously to detect Salmonella in sixty pork livers.The results:The sensitivity of real time PCR was the highest,and then were NY/T、 API 32E;Timeliness of real time PCR and VIDAS were higher.Therefore,four methods for detection of Salmonella have its advantages and disadvantages.
