<正>概述芳香产业自古至今贯穿于整个人类文明史中,而中华民族的历史和社会发展史中,就有大量使用及开发香料产业过程。我国有丰富的天然香料资源,特别是热带和亚热带地区,是世界上为数不多的芳香植物资源大国,同时也是芳香植物制成品的生产大国,产成品的出口量在国际市场上占有举足轻重的地位。自然界中现已发现的香料植物有3600余种,得到有效利用的约400余种。植物的根、干、茎、枝、皮、叶、花、果实
Aromatic industry has been through the history of human civilization,and the Chinese nation's history and social development,there is a large number of use and development of the spice industry process.Our country is rich in natural spices resources,especially in tropical and subtropical regions,is the world is one of the few aromatic plants resources in the country,but also aromatic plant products producer,exports of finished products in the international market occupies a pivotal position.In nature,there are more than 3600 kinds of spice plants,which have been found to be more than 400 kinds of effective utilization.Plant root,stem,branch,bark,leaves,flowers,fruits or resin may be sweet,for example,obtained from a plant or rose,jasmine,chamomile and lavender flowers,lemon,orange,bergamot,grapefruit from parts of pericarp,cardamom,cumin,from fruit;vetiver,nard,banksia rose from the root,sandalwood,incense from the wood;benzoin,frankincense from resin.What is the aromatic industry? We believe that those who depend on the aromatic plants to create products of the enterprise,its core products are raw materials of aromatic plants of the enterprise,belong to the category of aromatic industry.In fact,the aromatic industry contains a wider range,including planting,viewing,gardening,food,spices,processing,furniture,decoration,crafts,medical,health,beauty and other aspects.Aromatic industry is a kind of high yield and high efficiency green eco industry,taking into account the first,the second and the third industry.In Europe and the United States and other developed countries have already penetrated into every aspect of life,in,medical,health,food,health care,cosmetic,beauty,and other aspects,have broad application,around the same time,the industry in the downstream has formed a mature and complete "aromatic industry" industrial chain.With the most representative branch of the aromatic industry as an example.The systematic study of modern aromatic therapy began in Europe in the last century.After nearly 100 years of development,in developed countries in Europe and America,the production and application of plant essential oil has formed a complete discipline.Essential oils,though not originated in China,but the predecessor of our application of the essential oil,vanilla history long,the Shennong Bencao Jing "in the records of the drugs have365,which 252 is aromatic plants.Li Shi Zhen Ming Dynasty book " compendium of Materia Medica " already album the fragrant article",systematically describes various fragrant herbs sources,processing and application.
