油田污水酚类物质处理中离子液体树脂材料的应用

摘要
油田污水中含有大量的固体杂质、悬浮物、可溶性油、重金属盐、化学药剂、酸碱、有机污染物等。其中酚类物质有很强的污染性,直接外排会进入地表水体,破坏周围环境。常用的油田污水处理方法有过滤、电化学法、生化法等,但是每种方法的缺点(效率低、能耗高、成本高等)让污水的净化过程趋于复杂。因此用途广泛的树脂材料因其强的吸附能力被利用于污水处理中。利用树脂材料分子筛效应、多官能团等性质吸附并去除有机污染物,降低污水的COD值。此法中,树脂材料的性能是吸附分离的关键。材料必须对污染物有良好的吸附性和选择性。首先选用其具有表面积大、多样官能团和大量孔结构的微球树脂作为吸附材料。其次以离子液体(具有优秀的亲/疏水性、低毒性、强作用力等特性)对树脂材料进行官能团修饰,以提高其选择性。将修饰后的微球树脂运用于污水处理中(Fig.1),能有效的吸附分离污染物。
Oilfield waste water includes lots of interferences especially phenols which were harmful for environment.Compare with traditional methods,using resin material is more efficiently to remove phenols.The adsorption efficiency of resin material is the most important property.So in this research,porous resin which has large porous structure and surface area was selected firstly.Then ionic liquid which has perfect hydrophilic/hydrophobic property was immobilized on porous resin.The immobilized resin was used in treatment of phenols in oilfield waste water,and the COD of water can be reduced obviously.
