供取料条件对分离性能影响的数值研究

摘要
供取料驱动对旋转机械分离性能有重要的影响,需要对其进行详细研究。采用有限差分法对非线性NavierStokes方程组进行离散,使用循环中点求积下降Newton法求解非线性代数方程组,得到了其内部流场分布。获得流场结果后,其分离性能通过对非线性丰度方程组进行数值求解获得。研究供取料条件对分离性能的影响,发现供料条件存在着最佳的供料位置与角度,同时供料宽度与角向速度扰动量的对分离性能的影响密切相关,需要综合考虑。对取料条件的研究则表明精取料器位置靠近内边界可以得到更高的分离功率,而贫取料器在侧壁附近存在着最佳取料器径向位置,同时取料口宽度对分离功率的影响较小,精取料口宽度的影响可忽略。
The feed and extraction drive have important influence on the separation performance of a rotating cylinder and need to be labored.Finite difference method was applied to discrete nonlinear Navier-Stokes equations,using a mid-point mensuration with Newton-Raphson scheme to solve the nonlinear algebra equations and the flow field was obtained.Then the separation performance was obtained by solving the nonlinear concentration equations with a numerical method.The influence of feed and extraction conditions on the separation performance is studied,and it is found that optimum feed position and axial velocity disturbance exists for the given model.The influence of feed width and angular velocity disturbance has close correlation and need to be considered synthetically.Study on the extraction conditions shows that larger separation power was obtained when the radial position of product scoop was closer to the inner boundary and an optimum radial position of waste scoop was found near the side wall.The width of scoops has little influence on the separation performance and influence of width of product scoop can even be ignored.
