摘要
目的研究CAD/CAM二氧化锆全瓷冠对Ⅱ型糖尿病患者牙周组织的影响状况。方法:纳入Ⅱ型糖尿病且需全冠修复的患者20名(患牙23颗),牙周洁治后2周采用CAD/CAM二氧化锆全瓷冠修复全部患牙,以对侧同名健康天然牙(23颗)作为对照,检测并记录治疗组与对照组于修复前(基线)、修复后6个月、12个月的牙周菌斑指数(PLI)、牙龈指数(GI)、出血指数(BI)、探诊深度(PD)4项牙周临床参数。结果 1)治疗组与对照组相比,在冠修复后6个月、12个月时各项牙周指标均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。2)治疗组自身相比在冠修复后6个月、12个月时各项牙周指标均无显著性差异(P>0.05)结论在修复后一定时间内,CAD/CAM氧化锆全瓷冠对Ⅱ型糖尿病患者的牙周状况没有明显的不良影响。
Objective To study the impacts of CAD/CAM zirconia all-ceramic crowns on the periodontal statuses of the type Ⅱ diabetic patients.Methods Twenty-three teeth with singlecro wn of twenty type Ⅱ diabetic patients were included in this study.Two weeks after ultrasonic supragingival scaling,CAD/CAM zirconia all-ceramic crowns were restored.The contra-lateral homonymynatural healthy teeth served as controls. Four indices,including plaque index(PLI),gingival index(GI),bleeding index(BI) and probing depth(PD) were compared between the zirconia all-ceramiccrowns group s and the controls,including before the restoration and 6 months,12 months after the restoration. Results 1) Compared to contra-lateral homonymy natural healthy teeth,the four indiceshad no significant difference in the zirconia all-ceramic crowns groups after 6 or 12 months(P > 0.05). 2) Compared to pre-restoration,the indices had no significant difference in zirconia all-ceramiccrowns groups after 6 or 12 months(P > 0.05).Conclusion: Within the limitation of the study, zirconia all-ceramic crown has no apparently negative influences on gingival health of the restored teethin the type Ⅱ diabetic patients.
