摘要
为实现蓄电池支架轻量化的目的,本文通过CAE分析方法求得蓄电池支架一阶模态振型,并针对模态结果较低的问题,提出有效的模态提升方案;然后通过结构拓扑优化方法,优化蓄电池支架结构,使其满足汽车轻量化设计要求。最终设计的汽车蓄电池支架可以很好地实现蓄电池支架的轻量化设计,且经CAE分析验证,新设计的蓄电池支架结构满足刚度设计要求。
In order to realize lightweight of vehicle,this paper obtained the first order vibration mode of battery bracket by the CAE analysis method,and proposed the effective optimization measures on the lower modal results;And optimized vehicle battery bracket through structural topology optimization method meet the requirements of lightweight design.The final vehicle battery bracket achieved vehicle lightweight design well,and new design batten' bracket has been tested meeting the rigidity design requirements by CAE analysis method.
