一种基于CANoe的汽车诊断测试方法

摘要
随着现代汽车机上的快速发展,各控制器的功能越来越复杂,汽车诊断技术所占比重也日益增加。基于这个现状,整车厂有必要在控制器产品开发过程中就进行诊断功能测试。本文依托于某个实际车型,提供了一种基于CAN通信的控制器诊断测试方案,包括测试用例设计,测试环境搭建,最后针对实际控制器执行了诊断测试,测试结果符合预期,验证测试方案符合设计需求。
With the rapid development of vehicle,the function of ECUs on vehicle become more and more complicated and the automotive diagnostic technology is becoming more and more important.Based on this situation,it is necessary for OEM to do the diagnostic function test during the ECU development process.This document provides a CANoe-based diagnostic test solution relying on an actual model.The solution introduces design of test case,setup of test environment,and performs diagnostic tests on a actual ECU, test result in line with expectations.That verifies the test solution meet the requirement.
