不同粪肥对小白菜地氮镉交互作用的影响

摘要
利用潮土,通过盆栽试验,研究了鸡粪有机肥和牛粪有机肥在氮镉交互作用下对小白菜产量、品质及土壤酶活性的影响。结果表明,与对照相比,施入不同处理的鸡粪和牛粪均能极显著地增加小白菜鲜重、土壤蛋白酶活性和酸性磷酸酶活性。与对照相比,施入鸡粪50g/5kg土、牛粪50g/5kg土、牛粪100g/5kg土极显著地提高了小白菜Vc的含量,分别提高4.98%、9.78%和15.12%。同时,施入鸡粪有机肥的3个处理及牛粪100g/5kg土显著降低了小白菜Cd的含量,分别降低了10.55%、7.67%、35.76%、18.79%,且鸡粪100g/5kg土和牛粪100g/5kg土处理达到了极显著水平。与对照相比,鸡粪20g/5kg土、鸡粪100g/5kg土和牛粪20g/5kg土极显著地降低了小白菜硝酸盐的含量,分别降低了11.07%、18.26%和29.09%。鸡粪50g/5kg土极显著地提高了脲酶活性,牛粪有机肥的3个处理均极显著地提高了土壤蔗糖酶活性。
To investigate the effects of chicken manure and cow manure on combined Pollution of cadmium and nitrate in brassica chinensis-soil system. The pot experiments with was carried out with fluvo-aquic soil. The results showed the different treatment of chicken manure and cow dung could significantly increase the fresh weight of brassica chinensis, soil protease activity and acid phosphatase activity; Compared with the control, the application of chicken manure(50g/5kgsoil) and cow dung(50g/5kgsoil、100g/5kgsoil) significantly improved the content of brassica chinensis Vc,increased by 4.98%, 9.78% and 15.12% respectively. The application of chicken manure(20g/5kg soil、50g/5kg soil、100g/5kg soil) and cow dung(100g/5kg soil)significantly decreased the contents of brassica chinensis Cd,decreased by 10.55%、7.67%、35.76%. The application of chicken manure(20g/5kg soil、100g/5kg soil) and cow dung(20g/5kg soil)significantly decreased the contents of brassica chinensis nitrate, decreased by 11.07%、18.26%、29.09%. The application of chicken manure(50g/5kg soil) significantly increased urease activity and the application of cow manure(20g/5kg soil、50g/5kg soil、100g/5kg soil) significantly increased soil invertase activity.
