Cerberus乳液的制备及结构调控

摘要
传统的乳液类型包括水包油型(O/W)、油包水型(W/O)、双连续型(BI)、及多重乳液(O/W/O、W/O/W)。Cerberus乳液是一种内相三种互不相溶的油组成的(O_1+O_2+O_3)/W型新型乳液。由于其内相液滴的特质可以选择性增溶功能性分子,极大拓展乳液在化妆品、催化剂及医药领域的应用。本文选用乙氧基化三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯(ETPTA)、氟碳油(FC-770)、双-3-甲基丙烯基氧丙基化四甲基二硅氧烷(DMS)制作三种油的溶解度相图,如图所示。选择在三相区取点与F127(aq)混合一步乳化法制得(ETPTA+FO+DMS)/W型的Cerberus乳液。通过改变ETPTA/FO/DMS比例实现对Cerberus乳液形貌的结构调控,为构筑形态各异的各向异性材料提供了优质的乳液模板。
Traditional emulsions have various types,including O/W,W/O,double emulsion(BI) and multiple emulsions(O/W/O,W/O/W).Cerberus emulsion is a new kind of emulsion composed of three immiscible oils,which has great potentials in cosmetics,catalysts and medicine.In this study,the solubility of ETPTA/FO/DMS in phase diagrams at 25℃ is shown in Fig.1.Cerberus emulsion is prepared by one-step emulsification with F127 aqueous solution.The morphology of Cerberus emulsion can be regulated by adjusting the ratios of ETPTA/FO/DMS,which can be used as emulsion templates to construct different forms of anisotropic materials.
