可重构半模基片集成波导带通滤波器的设计

摘要
可重构通信系统作为未来通信系统的发展方向,越来越受到关注,因此,作为该系统关键器件之一的可调射频滤波器具有广泛的应用前景。同时,人们对小型化,低成本,多功能设备的需求越来越高。基片集成波导(SIW,Substrate Integrated Waveguide)以及半模基片集成波导(HMSIW,Half-mode Substrate Integrated Waveguide)由于其品质因数高,功率容量大、尺寸小,易加工等优点得到了广泛应用。本文提出并分析了一种新型的S型互补开口谐振环(S-CSRR,S-shaped Complementary Split-ring Resonators)结构,并在它的基础上设计了一种可调半模基片集成波导带通滤波器。该可调滤波器通过改变加载在谐振环内的变容二极管的结电容的值来改变谐振环内的场分布情况,可以很好地实现带通滤波器中心频率的调节。该可调滤波器结构紧凑,馈电网络结构简单,可调范围为2.1-2.9GHz,可以很好地应用到无线通信系统中。
As the direction of future development of communication system, the reconfigurable communication system is attracting more and more attention, therefore, the reconfigurable microwave filters, which are considered as the one of the most important components of the reconfigurable system, possess broad application foreground. Meanwhile, the demand on the equipments with compact size, low cost, and multi-function is higher and higher. Substrate integrated waveguide(SIW) and half-mode substrate integrated waveguide(HMSIW) have already attracted much interest due to their high quality factor, large power capacity and small size. In this paper, a new S-shaped complementary split-ring resonators(S-CSRR) is presented. Based on the structure, an electrically reconfigurable HMSIW bandpass filter(BPF) is achieved. By changing the junction capacitance of the varactors loaded in the resonators, the electric field distribution of the S-CSRRs can be affected and the resonant frequency of the proposed filter can be adjusted. The tunable bandpass filter has a compact structure and simple feeding network with a tuning range of 2.1-2.9GHz, and it can be applied to the system of wireless communication.
