基于二端口矢量网络分析仪的差分器件测试技术研究与实现

摘要
由于差分信号具有良好的抵抗噪声和EMI辐射的性能,差分器件的应用越来越广泛。如何使用矢量网络分析仪来表征这些器件的参数,是我们必须面对的问题。本文对基于二端口矢量网络分析仪差分(平衡)器件的测试技术进行了研究和实现。
Due to the good performance of the differential signal to resist the noise and the EMI radiation,the application of the differential device is more and more extensive.How to use the vector network analyze to characterize the device parameters,is we have to face.In this paper,differential device testing technology has been researched and implemented,based on two-port vector network analyzer.
