S波段宽频带圆极化微带天线阵列设计

摘要
设计了一种工作在S频段的圆极化微带天线阵列。该阵列中的微带天线单元采用了加载U形缝隙和双馈点馈电的方式展宽其工作频带。将单元组成阵列后使用了顺序旋转馈电的技术,使得轴比带宽得到了进一步改善。最终得到一尺寸约为1.4λ0×1.4λ0×0.04λ0的天线阵列。仿真结果表明,该天线阵的最高增益可达13.16d B(2.07GHz)。在1.95~2.3GHz的频率范围内,能够满足增益大于10d B、轴比小于1d B、电压驻波比小于1.5,轴比带宽和阻抗带宽大于16%。
A circularly polarized microstrip antenna array working at S-band is designed in this paper. To broaden the bandwidth of the element, U-shaped slot and dual-point feed are used. By using the sequential-rotated feeding technique, axial ratio bandwidth of the array is significantly improved. The simulation results show that the circularly polarized microstrip antenna array, whose size is about 1.4λ0×1.4λ0×0.04λ0, has a gain of 13.16dB( 2.07GHz). In the band of 1.95~2.30 GHz, the antenna array has a gain more than 10 d B, a axial ratio less than 1d B and a voltage standing wave ratio less than 1.5, which means the relative axial ratio bandwidth and the relative impedance bandwidth are more than 16%.
