Au/α-Fe2O3催化剂的制备、表征及CO催化性能评价

摘要
对于CO氧化反应来说,许多金属氧化物都可以用作金催化剂的载体,如TiO_2、Fe2O3、Co_3O_4、NiO等~([1])。其中α-Fe_2O_3,室温条件下最稳定的铁的氧化物,被公认为是具有最高催化活性的载体之一~([2])。采用溶剂热法探讨不同反应时间对制备的α-Fe_2O_3的形貌的影响,并制备相应的负载型金催化剂。通过ICP、XRD、SEM、HRTEM、XPS、IR、UV-vis DRS等手段对样品进行表征,XRD谱图表明制得的α-Fe_2O_3样品的晶型为斜方六面体,SEM、HRTEM的结果表明最佳反应时间为12h,样品形貌为多孔蠕虫形(Fig.1),制备的金催化剂金粒径在5 nm以下。IR谱图和UV-vis DRS谱图分析得知,样品为α-Fe_2O_3。研究了不同金含量、煅烧温度对Au/α-Fe_2O_3催化剂催化CO性能的影响(Fig.2),结果表明,金含量为1.86%时,煅烧温度为300°C时,催化剂的催化CO氧化能力最佳,在反应温度为30℃时,实现CO的完全转化。并且实验证明该催化剂具有较好的重复利用性和较好的高温稳定性。
The effect of reaction time on the preparation of α-Fe_2O_3 was studied,and corresponding gold catalysts were also prepared.ICP、XRD、SEM、HRTEM、XPS、IR、UV-vis DRS mesurements were used to analyse the properties of samples.The results of XRD showed that the prepared samples' diffraction peaks were attributed to hexagonal α-Fe_2O_3.The images of SEM and HRTEM indicated the morphology of the sample were porous wormlike.And gold nanoparticles observed were highly dispersed on the support.The spectrum of IR and UV-vis DRS were in accordance with the characteristic peaks of α-Fe_2O_3.The effect of Au contents and calcination temperature on the catalytic activities in the CO oxidation were also studied.The results showed that 300℃-pretreated Au/α-Fe_2O_3(Au:1.86%) showed the best catalytic activity among the prepared catalysts.It can convert 100% CO to CO_2 at 30℃.And it showed the good reproducibility and high-temperature stability.
