摘要
介绍了CO_2作为制冷工质的特点及CO_2载冷剂系统的形式,讨论了CO_2载冷剂系统替代传统载冷剂系统和直接制冷系统的可能性。进行了R507A/CO_2载冷剂模块机组的开发测试,结果表明:R507A/CO_2载冷剂系统所需制冷剂充注量可减少60%,载冷剂回气管管径有效减小;CO_2的制冷效果好,可缩短机组的日运行时间。
The characteristics of CO_2 as refrigerant and the form of secondary refrigerant system are introduced.The possibility to replace traditional secondary refrigerant system and direct refrigerant system by CO_2 secondary refrigerant system is discussed.The development and test of CO_2 secondary refrigerant module unit is carried out,the results show that it can effectively reduce the required quantity of refrigerant and the size of CO_2 suction pipe.Meanwhile,it is found that CO_2 has excellent refrigerating effects.
