整体护理对老年痴呆患者认知功能的改善作用

摘要
目的:分析整体护理对老年痴呆患者认知功能改善作用,为临床护理提供参考。方法:选取我院在2014年2月~2015年2月收治老年痴呆患者84例为研究对象,依照护理方法不同分为整体组和对照组各42例,给予对照组患者基础护理,整体组患者给整体护理,分析护理效果。结果:经过护理,患者认知功能得到显著改善,P<0.05,整体组患者除计算力之外,患者认知功能定向力(7.2±1.5)、记忆力(4.3±0.6)、综合语言(7.8±0.3)均显著高于对照组定向力(6.8±1.2)、记忆力(4.1±0.5)、综合语言(7.1±1.8),P<0.05,MMSE评分(26.6±2.4)显著高于对照组(23.6±3.7),P<0.05,整体组患者生活质量评分显著高于对照组,P<0.05。结论:在老年痴呆患者康复中采用整体护理能够改善患者认知功能,提高生活质量,具有使用价值。
objective: to analyze the overall nursing to improve cognitive function in patients with alzheimer's disease, provide reference for clinical nursing. Selection methods: our hospitalin February 2014 to February 2015 patients, 84 cases of senile dementia patients as the research object, according to the different nursing approach is divided into the whole group and the control group, 42 cases in the control group patients' primary care, the whole group of patients to care for the whole, analysis the nursing effect. Results: after nursing, and cognitive function in patient were markedlyimproved, P < 0.05, the whole group of patients in addition to computing power, the cognitive function in patients with directional force(7.2 + 1.5), memory(4.3 + 0.6), the comprehensive language(7.8 + 0.3) were significantly higher than that of control group orientation force(6.8 + 1.2), memory(4.1 + 0.5), the comprehensive language(7.1 + /- 1.8), P < 0.05, MMSE score(26.6 + 2.4) is significantly higherthan control group(23.6 + /- 3.7), P < 0.05, the whole group of patients quality of life score significantly higher than that of control group, P < 0.05). Conclusions: in alzheimer's patients recoveredusing overall nursing can improve cognitive function in patients, improve the quality of life, has the use value.
