摘要
在经济科技全球化时代,民营企业已经成为我国经济发展的主力军,如何把握机遇、提高创新能力,是民营企业面临的一道难题。本文以比亚迪公司为例,通过剖析其核心能力的动态演化过程,深入探讨了比亚迪为保障核心能力的形成与发展,所采取的一系列技术创新路径与对策,从而最终形成较强的自主创新能力。本文旨在探索出一条适合民营企业的创新能力提升之路。
In the era of economic & technological globalization, private enterprises have become the main power of our country's economic development. How to grasp the opportunity and improve innovative ability are difficult problems which are faced with private enterprises. This paper takes BYD Group as a case and analyzes its dynamic evolution process, studies deeply a series of technology innovation tactics and path which were taken by BYD Group in order to make sure that BYD's core competence be formed and developed. Today, BYD has formed more and stronger independent innovation ability. The research purpose of this paper is to explore a suitable path of improve technology innovation capacity for private enterprises.
