推動水土保持科普教育之台灣經驗

摘要
台灣於1994年通過水土保持法,第7條條明定「中央主管機關應加強水土保持推廣、教育、宣導及試驗研究,並會同有關機關訂定計畫實施之。」,本文即以水土保持局為例,詳述該單位如何透過策略,引動學校、社區、其他機關一起,共同推動水土保持科普教育之策略與方法。本文主要介紹如何透過一系列水土保持教育系列活動,結合教育體系擴大環境教育量能,透過科普分享、創意激盪、學習引導、交流體驗、成果整合等策略,讓更多人投入水土保持教育,並逐步累積成果,將環境永續的意義以及對土地的尊重理念傳遞給民眾。
Soil and Water Conservation Act lunched in 1994,in Article 7 addressing " The central level responsible authority shall strengthen the promotion,education,counseling and experimental research of soil and water conservation,and devise plans in conjunction with the relevant authorities for implementation".This study illustrated the soil and water conservation education strategies of Soil and Water Conservation Bureau in Taiwan.This Bureau used including,sharing strategy,creative storming strategy,leading training strategy,and integrated strategy to create an atmosphere attracting more and more people involve in soil and water conservation education.These strategies shown a virtuous circle accumulating lots of teaching plans,seeded teachers,feedbacks and impacts.
