无创正压通气在慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重治疗中的应用价值

摘要
目的:探讨无创正压通气治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重的临床疗效,为临床治疗提供有效参考。方法:选择2013年3月~2015年4月进入我院进行治疗的AECOPD患者56例,依据患者病情的严重程度,将其分为轻度组22例、中度组19例、重度组15例,在常规综合治疗的基础上,对患者进行无创正压通气治疗。结果:重度组患者有1例不能耐受无创正压通气治疗,其余患者的症状均得到明显的改善。结论:利用无创正压通气治疗COPD可以得到良好的治疗效果,值得临床推广应用。
Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of noninvasive positive pressure ventilation in the treatment of COPD by clinical observation, and to provide effective reference forclinical treatment. Methods: 2013 to March 2015 April in our hospital was performed on 56 cases of COPD patients, depending on the severity of the patient's condition, the points for 22 cases of mildgroup, moderate group(19 cases) and severe group(n = 15), on the basis of routine treatment, for patients of noninvasive positive pressure ventilation in the treatment. Results: 1 patients with severegroup can not tolerate non invasive positive pressure ventilation treatment, and the rest of the symptoms were significantly improved. Conclusion: the use of noninvasive positive pressure ventilation intreatment of COPD can get a good therapeutic effect, it is worthy of clinical application.
