4-羟基苯甲醛-2-氨基噻唑-4-甲酰腙的合成和表征

摘要
以2-氨基噻唑-4-甲酸乙酯、水合肼和4-羟基苯甲醛为原料,合成了新型酰腙化合物4-羟基苯甲醛-2-氨基噻唑-4-甲酰腙(C_(11)H_(10)N_4O_2S)。采用元素分析和X-射线单晶衍射对化合物进行结构表征,可知化合物属于正交晶系,空间群为Pbcn,晶胞参数为:a=12.143nm,b=14.118 nm,c=15.257nm,β=90.000°。利用热重实验探究了化合物的热稳定性,采用Kissinger和Ozawa公式计算了其热分解过程的表观活化能Ea分别为169.30 kJ·mol~(-1)和169.70 kJ·mol~(-1),说明该化合物热稳定性较高。通过紫外吸收光谱测试发现化合物与CT-DNA是以插入方式相互作用。
The new acylhydrazone compound of 4-hydroxybenzaldehyde-2-aminothiazole-4-carbonylhydrazone(C_(11)H_(10)N_4O_2S) was synthesized from 2-aminothiazole-4-methylformate,hydrazine hydrate and hydroxyl benzaldehyde.Its structure was determined by element analysis and X-ray single crystal diffraction.The X-ray single crystal diffraction showed that the crystal of the compound belonged to Orthorhombic,space group Pbcn with a=12.143 nm,b=14.118 nm,c=15.257 nm,β=90.000°.Thermal gravity analysis was used to investigate the thermal stability of the compound,the apparent activation energy Ea of the thermal decomposition for the compound was calculated by Kissinger(Ea= 169.30 kJ·mol~(-1)) and Ozawa(Ea=169.70 kJ·mol~(-1)) methods respectively,showing the compound has good thermal stability.The binding mode of compound with CT-DNA was studied by UV-Vis absorption,showing that the interaction of compound with CT-DNA belonged to partial intercalation mode.
