怀菊花中的黄酮类化学成分

摘要
目的:对怀菊花的化学成分进行分离和结构鉴定。方法:利用Diaion HP-20,硅胶柱等柱色谱技术以及制备液相手段进行分离纯化,根据化合物的理化性质和光谱数据鉴定结构。结果:分离并鉴定了9个黄酮类化合物的结构,分别为:木犀草素(1),芹菜素(2),金合欢素(3),香叶木素(4),圣草酚(5),金合欢素-7-0-β-D-葡萄糖苷(6),5-羟基-3′,4′,6,7-四甲氧基黄酮(7),柚皮素(8),洋艾素(9)。结论:化合物1-9均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents in the flowers of Chrysanthemum morifolium Ramat.Methods The compounds were isolated with Diaion HP-20,Sephadex LH-20,Silica gel column chromatography and preparative HPLC.Structures of compounds were identified by physiochemical properties and spectral analysis.Results Nine compounds were obtained,and their structures were identified as,luteolin(l),apigenin(2),acacetin(3),diosmetin(4),eriodictyol(5),acacetin-7-0-P-D-glucopyranoside(6),5-hydroxy-3',4',6,7-tetramethoxyflavone(7),naringenin(8),artemitin(9).Conclution compounds 1-9 are isolated for the first time from this plant.
