中国猪饲料原料氨基酸消化率的评定

摘要
氨基酸是动物生长必需的营养物质,而动物所需的氨基酸主要来源于饲料。随着畜牧业的发展,饲料需求不断增加,饲料原料尤其是蛋白质饲料原料日益紧缺。因此,为了节约并高效利用现有饲料资源,开发利用新型饲料原料,准确评定原料的氨基酸消化率是至关重要的。随着氨基酸消化率评价体系的发展,标准回肠末端氨基酸消化率是目前最准确和实用的评价体系。国内外对猪饲料原料标准回肠末端氨基酸消化率进行了大量的研究,本文就氨基酸的评价体系、国内外的研究现状及我国猪饲料原料的标准回肠末端氨基酸消化率研究进展进行综述,以期为猪饲料的研究与开发及养猪生产提供参考。
