摘要
土地区划整理被称为"日本的城市规划之母",在土地更新的项目启动、运营维护、资源配置、增值管理、参与机制等方面均有其独到之处。他山之石,可以攻玉,本文通过分析日本土地区划整理的原理与实施过程,针对我国目前城市更新存在的问题,提出了加强多元参与,降低交易成本,保护原有邻里关系等方面的建议。
