球形夹杂物在钢液中的受力分析(1)

摘要
随着对钢液洁净度要求越来越严格,钢液中更小粒径的夹杂物不得不被去除。粒径越小的夹杂物在钢液中的受力越复杂。本文通过受力分析,考虑颗粒所有可能的受力和在不同流场条件下各作用力的修正问题,建立空间坐标系,将各个受力的表达式沿x,y,z三个方向分解为坐标形式,依据牛顿第二定律建立稀疏刚性球形颗粒相对流体运动的常微分方程组。该方程组的建立,为深入研究夹杂物在钢液中的运动及去除奠定了基础。
With the molten steel cleanliness requirements more stringent,more liquid steel small size inclusions had to be removed.The smaller the size of inclusions in molten steel,the stress is more complex.The force analysis is done to list all the forces acting on the particles,and the expression of forces are corrected in different flow fields.Then,the space coordinate system is established,and the expression of each force is decomposed into three directions of x,y and z,and the ordinary differential equations of the relative motion of the spherical particles are established according to Newton's second law.The establishment of the system of equations,laid the foundation for further research and removal of inclusions in molten steel movement.
