一种宽带毫米波波导分支定向耦合器

摘要
本文设计了一种宽带毫米波波导分支定向耦合器,耦合器采用波导面E面耦合。通过在波导E面设置三节耦合缝隙,达到15d B的耦合度。本设计的特点是在波导的四个端口分别都设置有阻抗变换器,通过调整输入端口、隔离端口、直通端口和耦合端口处的阻抗变换器,就能够减小耦合部分输入端口和输出端口处的分支线波导的阻抗,从而可以加大此处耦合缝隙的宽度,从而减小了加工难度,加大了该波导分支定向耦合器相对带宽。
The paper designs a kind of broadband MMW waveguide directional coupler, it is using waveguide E surface coupling. By setting three coupling slots in E plane of the waveguide, it can reach 15 d B coupling degree. In this paper the design is characterized in that the four ports of the waveguide are respectively provided with impedance converter. By adjusting the input port isolated port, the straight port and coupling point of the impedance converter, it can reduce the coupling part of the input port and the output port of the branch line waveguide impedance, which can increase the width of the coupling slot, so as to reduce the processing difficulty, and the relative bandwidth of the branch directional coupler is enlarged.
