摘要
Laser induced breakdown spectroscopy-original position statistic distribution analysis(LIBSOPA) was used for the first time to acquire local distribution of nickel in terbium after solid state electrotransport(SSE) purification.The results showed that nickel particles transported obviously with the current passed.It also showed that this approach can be used to analyze distributions of trace impurities in other metals and alloys.
