摘要
麦角菌科真菌隶属子囊菌门、粪菌纲、肉座菌目,该科大多数成员能持续控制粉虱、介壳虫、沫蝉、蝗虫、蚊子和根结线虫等害虫种群而彰显出优秀的生物防治应用潜力。包含Metarhizium、Pochonia、Metapochonia、Rotiferophthora、Hypocrella属和其他类座壳孢属(Moelleriella,Orbiocrella,Regiocrella,Samuelsia)等类群。本文就该科真菌地理分布、物种资源、DNA条形码、起源分化、群体遗传、基因组学、天然产物及其生物活性、生产应用等进行简单概述,旨在为推动该科的分类鉴定、资源及其应用研究提供科学依据。
