摘要
近年来,钙钛矿薄膜太阳能电池作为一种新型的太阳能电池因其极高的效率引起了人们的广泛关注。随着钙钛矿电池的转化效率不断攀升,将钙钛矿大规模,大面积制备,成为了钙钛矿电池研究的重要课题~([1])。本文中,我们使用本组自主研发的全自动超声喷雾系统,通过优化两步法钙钛矿合成工艺,成功制备出了高质量、可大面积制备的钙钛矿薄膜~([2])。我们发现,相比于传统旋涂方法制备的钙钛矿薄膜,喷雾方法制备的钙钛矿薄膜有着更高的洁净度、更好的热稳定性,较低的无辐射复合及更高的界面电荷转移速率。通过对喷雾相关参数的系统优化,最终得到了16.52%的光电转化效率,见Fig 1。
We developed a two-step ultrasonic spray method to realize the deposition of uniform, smooth and large-area perovskite CH_3NH_3PbI_3 films for efficient and large-area solar cells. Perovskite films deposited by this method show better crystallinity and thermal stability, high smoothness, lower non-radiative recombination and more efficient interfacial charge transfer. After systematical optimizations, a high efficiency of 16.52% has been achieved finally, which is one of the most efficient cells fabricated with solution based non-spin coating methods.
