基于DPSIR框架的大城市远郊城镇发展指标构建——以武汉市邾城街道为例

摘要
在当前城市发展"指标热"的背景下,传统的将城市问题分为几类并根据这些类别进行指标构建的"主题-层次法"逻辑性缺失,无法反映指标要素的相互作用。同时,这些指标通常只关注大城市,往往忽略小城镇的发展需要。本文关注大城市远郊城镇,引入可持续发展中的DPSIR(驱动力-压力-状态-影响-响应)框架,选取武汉市邾城街道为案例,提出了这类城镇发展指标体系的构建方法,提高了指标间的逻辑性,使之成为真正能够指导城镇发展的度量体系。
