八面体状锰钴尖晶石氧化物的合成及其催化性能研究

摘要
过渡金属氧化物作为替代贵金属催化剂的一种重要物质,在CO氧化~([1])、轻烷烃燃烧~([2])、电催化~([3])等多领域显示了很好的催化活性,其中尖晶石得到了广泛的研究。本文采用简单的共沉淀法在水溶液中合成八面体状的CoMn_2O_4和MnCo_2O_4,并通过X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)和X射线光电子能谱(XPS)等技术进行了表征。探索了在合成条件下两种尖晶石八面体的生长过程,发现其遵循溶解-结晶机理。实验结果显示,两种尖晶石氧化物对苯甲醇的氧化具有很好的催化效果,其中MnCo_2O_4催化苯甲醇转化率达到82.3%。并且苯甲醛为检测到的唯一产物,即催化过程具有高度选择性。
CoMn_2O_4 and MnCo_2O_4 with regular octahedral shapes were synthesized by a facile coprecipitation method.And the samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscope(SEM),X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS) and so on.A dissolution-crystallization process occurred during the formation of two samples.These two octahedral mixed spinel oxides were firstly subjected to the selective oxidation of benzyl alcohol in liquid phase using molecular oxygen as oxidants.Conversions of 34.1% and 82.3% were attained for CoMn_2O_4 and MnCo_2O_4 respectively with benzaldehyde as the only products observed.
