浅谈构建水安全格局中利用迭代计算模拟调蓄状况的方法——以福建漳州东山岛为例

福建漳州东山岛地区面临着年均蒸发量大、降水量少、岛上的水资源紧缺等严峻的水环境问题。针对东山岛的情况,通过构建水安全格局并解决水源问题来缓解农业用水缺口成为形成较为完善的城市自然生命保障系统的关键。而迭代计算作为一种已经被广泛应用于城市雨洪管理的计算方法,也可以使用在解决水安全格局的水源问题过程中。本文试图在调研分析东山岛淡水资源、蓄水设施现状等的基础上,通过对三种蓄水场地情况的模拟和假设分别计算出了降雨量、蒸发量和农作物耗水量等数据,再通过迭代计算来量化不同模拟场地类型中水资源调蓄的状况,从而为当地水安全格局的构建提供关键性的技术支持和决策依据。其中,第一种模拟场地情况仅以水库进行调蓄,会导致岛内形成巨大的水量不足;第二种在水库调蓄的基础上,加入水塘调蓄,发现岛内现有水塘不能完全满足蓄水的需求;由于东山县的水产养殖业非常发达,具有丰富的养殖塘资源,因此在第三种场地情况模拟中将养殖塘置换为水塘进行蓄水,计算表明东山岛水源状况较初始状态将有明显好转。使用迭代计算进行水资源调蓄状况的模拟完善了生态安全格局的构建方法,为我国"海绵城市"规划理念的实践和推广提供了新的思路。
The Dongshan Island in Zhangzhou,Fujian Province,is facing severe water environment problems such as large annual evaporation,low yearly precipitation,lacking water shortage,etc.In the case of Dongshan,constructing water security pattern and solving water storage problem to reduce the agricultural water consumption gap becomes the key to form a relatively perfect city natural life support system.As one of the computational methods that have been widely used in the urban stormwater flood management,the iterative computation can also be used in the process of solving water storage problem.On the basis of analysis of Dongshan Island freshwater resources,water storage facilities status,the paper is trying to use iterative computation to quantify different situation of water storage by simulating and hypothesis of three kinds of water storage sites,the rainfall,evaporation and crop water consumption,which is for providing the key technical support and decision basis for the construction of the local water source security pattern.Among three situation,the first simulation is only rely on reservoirs,which will lead to huge water shortage on the island;in the second simulation,storage ponds are added on the basis of reservoir operation,the result of this simulation shows existing island cannot fully meet the needs of water pond;as the aquatic breeding industry in Dongshan County is highly developed,and resources of breeding ponds are abundant,so the replacement of storage ponds to breeding ponds is considered in the third simulation,the calculation indicates the water source of Dongshan Island will be improved obviously.The use of the iterative computation for water storage simulation to improve the method of constructing ecological security pattern,provides a new idea for the practice and promotion of the sponge city planning concept.
