基于EEG和ERP技术探寻意境作业安神解郁效应

摘要
目的通过检测接受和未接受意境作业训练的受试者脑电,分析EEG和ERP的差异性特征,探寻意境作业心理调控的脑电特异性。方法选择在校大学生为受试对象,并分为实验组和对照组。实验组接受意境作业干预,对照组不进行任何干预。在意境作业干预训练后,应用EEG和ERP技术对两组进行实验检测。结果实验组α频带在作业态和静息态中,左右脑对侧导联在(FP1、FP2)、(F7、F8)、(C3、C4)、(P3、P4)、(T5、T6)、(01、02)均有显著性差异(P<0.05),且右侧导联功率均大于左侧导联,作业结束后的静息态枕区功率降低。分别对实验组、对照组ERP数据进行平均叠加,导出刺激后的LPP成分,300-600ms平均幅值的绝对值,进行wilcoxon非参数检验,结果显示有统计学意义(Z=2.9185,P=0.0018)。结论本研究发现意境作业能够明显的诱发α节律,并且可减小ERP中LPP成分的波幅。说明意境作业具有确切的安神解郁作用。
