火焰稳定器流动特性与燃烧性能的数值研究

摘要
设计了三类不同的火焰稳定器,分别为V槽火焰稳定器、半球形火焰稳定器以及球形火焰稳定器,并对比分析了这三类火焰稳定器的流动特性与燃烧性能。对V槽火焰稳定器研究了张角、堵塞比变化对其流动特性以及燃烧性能的影响。最后探究了当量比对火焰稳定器流动特性及燃烧性能的影响。研究表明:V槽火焰稳定器相对于半球形以及球形火焰稳定器总体性能更好;张角较小的V槽火焰稳定器总压损失更小,但OTDF系数更大;阻塞比低的V槽火焰稳定器燃烧效率更高;当量比减小会降低火焰稳定器的总压损失,增加燃烧效率。
This paper first designs three types of flame holders, respectively for V-gutter flame holders, hemisphere flame holders and sphere flame holders and comparative analysis their flow characteristics and combustion performances. Next, the paper investigates the effects of apex angle and block ratio of V-gutter on non-reacting flow field and reacting flow field. Finally, the thesis investigates the effects of equivalence ratio on flame holders. The investigation indicate that the overall performance of V-gutter flame holder is better than hemisphere flame holder and sphere flame holder; With a decrease in the apex angle of V-gutter, the total pressure loss decreased, meanwhile the OTDF coefficient increased; Due to the decreasing of block ratio of the V-gutter, the combustion efficiency increased; With a decrease of equivalence ratio, the total pressure loss decreased and the combustion efficiency increased.
