摘要
本文首先回顾了发动机制动技术的发展过程,介绍缸内制动的原理以及典型结构形式。之后详细介绍了开发某13L重型柴油机缸内制动技术的过程,包括利用CAE技术手段进行方案设计详细的结构设计和试验验证。最终发动机制动功率满足设计目标,且各种限制指标也均满足要求。
This paper reviews the development process of the engine brake system,introduces the principle of the brake system and typical structure.Then,a 13 L heavy duty diesel engine braking technology development process is detailed,including program design with the use of CAE,structural design,and experimental verification.Finally,the retarding power meets the design goals and constraints indicators meet the requirements.
