摘要
本文阐述了精益管理与精益营销的概念以及实施精益营销的必要性,结合当前实际,剖析了商业企业推进精益营销中存在的五个方面不足。结合商业企业特点和当前营销工作实际,围绕如何推进精益营销工作,提出五个方面具体措施。
This paper expounds the concept of lean management and lean marketing and the necessity of the implementation of the lean marketing, combined with the current practice, analyzes the five aspects of the business enterprise to promote the lean marketing. Combined with the characteristics of commercial enterprises and the actual marketing work, around how to promote the lean marketing work, and put forward five aspects of specific measures.
