摘要
随着全球化进程的不断加快,物流产业在企业竞争中发挥的作用日益重要。为了进一步提高烟草商业企业的物流水平,增强烟草商业企业的核心竞争力,提高省市级商业企业对物流费用的管控能力,对物流费用进行科学的比较、管理势在必行。本文以山西省烟草为例,通过对烟草商业企业物流费用的影响因素进行阐述,并对各地市烟草物流费用比较实证分析,最后指出在以后的工作中努力完善数据,寻求、构建更加科学的模型对各地区物流费用进行评价、比较,更好地指导降低物流费用的工作,为烟草企业创造更大的利润。
With the process of globalization continues to accelerate, the logistics industry plays an more and more important role in today's business competition. To further enhance the level of tobacco logistics business enterprises, tobacco commercial enterprise's core competitiveness, strengthen provincial and municipal management of the tobacco business enterprise logistics costs, logistics costs for scientific comparison, management is imperative. Taking Shanxi Province tobacco logistics distribution center as an example, the paper expounds the influence factors of the tobacco commercial enterprise logistics cost, and the tobacco logistics cost around the city more empirical analysis, finally it is pointed out that efforts to improve the data in the later work, to seek, to build a more scientific evaluation and comparison are made on the model of regional logistics cost, better guide to reduce logistics costs, create greater profits for the tobacco enterprise.
