里海远洋渔船机舱自动化系统研究

摘要
目前国际渔业资源竞争日趋激烈,我国远洋渔业发展正从内向型向外向型发展。无人机舱是船舶机舱自动化的高度表现,也是远洋渔业装备的一个发展趋势和远洋渔船现代化水平的重要体现。针对我国远洋渔船长期处于机舱环境恶劣,机舱管理水平差,渔船操纵控制程度低,船舶安全性低,劳动强度大、生产效率低,仅基本满足中国船级社BRC级机舱自动化程度要求的现状,本文通过介绍我所为土库曼斯坦渔业部设计的目前装备最现代化、技术最先进的,满足BV船级社AUT-UMS无人机舱规范要求的里海远洋渔船,重点分析该船轮机自动化、电站自动化、机舱监测报警系统及计算机网络通信技术要求,并比较我国远洋渔船的机舱自动化设计特点,提出远洋渔船无人机舱系统的研究重点、难点及研究方向。该文旨在对我国渔船装备自动化的研究,提高我国远洋渔船自动化水平和渔船航行操控性、安全性、可靠性、可维护性,改善作业人员工作环境,研发新型监测报警系统等装置,提供借鉴和参考。
At present, the competition of international fishery resources is increasingly fierce, and the development of distant fishery in China is developing from inward to outward. AUT-UMS is highly automated performance of turbine, but also an important embodiment of the development trend of the pelagic fishery equipment and the modernization level of the fishing vessel. In order to meet the requirements of the BRC classification system, this paper mainly analyzes the characteristics of marine engine automation, power plant automation, engine room monitoring and alarm system and computer network communications, and compares the technical requirements of the class, which is the most modern and technical requirements of the BV class, and to meet the requirements of the marine engine room automation. This paper is aimed at the research of Chinese fishing equipment automation, improve the automation level of China's offshore fishing vessels and fishing vessels, safety, reliability, maintainability, improve the working environment of workers, and provide reference for the research and development of new monitoring and warning system.
