节能型拖网渔具作业性能研究

摘要
拖网渔业作为东海区主要的捕捞作业方式,对浙江目前大多数拖网渔船正在使用的大网目单船底拖网进行网具优化试验,设计了调整长周比、上下纲长度比、网身全长比的三因子正交试验,选出较好的配合型式(验证网)进行水槽对比试验。结果表明,在其它条件不变的前提下,在2.5~3.5 kn拖速下,验证网的能耗系数相对最小、扫海面积最大、网口垂直扩张高度优势明显。采用高强度聚乙烯网线的拖网和普通聚乙烯网线的拖网相比较,网线材料方面可以节约34%左右,产值方面提高35%左右,从投入产出来看,节能效果明显。
