摘要
为满足在龙羊峡水库进行三文鱼养殖的特殊要求,结合了中国船级社与渔船检验局规范设计了一型专用养殖投饲平台。该平台主要用于龙羊峡水库内二十个大型三文鱼养殖网箱管理技术的升级改造,采用远程气电输送自动化投喂技术,实现饲料投喂精确控制,完成料舱上料自动化,大幅减少饲料运载和投喂人数。考虑到龙羊峡地区易出现的极端低温、大风影响,按A级航区进行结构计算,结构形式为钢质焊接、横骨架式、单层底结构。该平台总体布置包含四个总容量50吨的料仓,采用下沉式设计以降低平台重心。考虑到气电输送会产生大量热量影响饲料品质,采用舷外自然水冷风管的方式进行降温。该平台在龙羊峡水库边建造完成,将对三文鱼养殖起到良好的辅助作用。
To meet the special requirements in salmon farming in Long Yang Xia Reservoir, a dedicated farming feeding platform has been designed based on a combination of the standards set by China Classification Society and Register of Fishing Vessel. This platform is mainly used for upgrading the management techniques of the 20 large-scale salmon farming feeding cages in Long Yang Xia Reservoir. By using remote gas-electric automatic feeding technology, we can control feedstuff feeding precisely, fill the feed tank automatically, and reduce the number of feed carrier and feed labor significantly. Considering the extreme low temperature and strong winds in Long Yang Xia area, the plat form structure should be steel welding, transverse framing and single bottom, calculated according to A-level navigation area. The platform consists of four feeding cages with a total capacity of 50 tons. Its sunken platform is designed to lower the center of gravity. Taking into account that the gas-electric transport will generate a lot of heat that will affect the quality of feedstuff, natural water cold the tube at outboard is used to reduce temperature.This plat form will support the salmon farming feeding in Long Yang Xia Reservoir.
