摘要
随着科技的发展,医疗技术在不断的进步,许多先进的设备被运用于医疗行业中。然而,在对设备的采购招标中,却存在着招标过程中暗箱炒作不公正的现象,以及不做好规划、盲目采购医疗设备的想象。对于医疗行业中必不可少的医疗设备,探讨如何规范管理采购是十分有必要的。本文从当前医疗设备的采购招标环节中存在的问题进行分析,提出规范管理策略,保障医疗水平。
With the development of science and technology,medical technology continues to progress,many advanced equipment used in the healthcare industry.However,in the purchase of equipment bidding,but there is a camera obscura hype unfair phenomenon in the tender process,and dont plan,blind procurement of medical equipment Essential medical equipment in the medical industry,this paper discusses how to regulate the purchasing management is very necessary.This article from the current problems existing in the medical equipment procurement bidding link analysis,specification management strategy is put forward,to protect the level of medical treatment.
