双能X线吸收测量法腰椎正位和侧位测定慢性脊髓损伤患者腰椎骨密度的价值观察

摘要
目的:评价双能X线吸收测量法腰椎正位和侧位测定慢性脊髓损伤患者腰椎骨密度的价值。方法:选择我院收治的20例慢性脊髓损伤患者作为研究对象,收治时间为2013年2月至2014年12月,观察慢性脊髓损伤患者的腰椎正位骨密度及腰椎侧位骨密度。结果:随着慢性脊髓损伤患者脊髓损伤时间的不断增加,腰椎正位骨密度变化不显著(P>0.05),差异不具有统计学意义;但腰椎侧位骨密度显著降低(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。结论:双能X线吸收测量法腰椎侧位能有效反映慢性脊髓损伤患者骨密度丢失情况,能有效评估患者出现骨折的风险。
Objective:to evaluate the dual- energy X- ray absorptiometry measurement is a method of lumbar spine and lateral position(density value of patients with chronic spinal cord injury.Methods:our hospital 20 cases of patients with chronic spinal cord injury(sci) as the research object,treated for February 2013 to December 2014,observed in patients with chronic spinal cord injury(sci) is a bone mineral density of the lumbar spine and lumbar lateral bone mineral density.Results:with increasing time of spinal cord injury patients with chronic spinal cord injury,lumbar is a bone mineral density change was not significant(P > 0.05),no statistically significant difference:But the side of the lumbar spine bone mineral density decreased significantly(P < 0.05),the difference is statistically significant.Conclusion:dual- energy X- ray absorptiometry measurement method of lumbar lateral can effectively reflect the bone mineral density loss in patients with chronic spinal cord injury,can effectively evaluate the risk of fracture patients.
